What.....6 days!!

Last night I spoke with my sleepy husband. He was really relaxed last night because he had his first shower in 6 days!! Okay, this is what would disqualify me as a wildland firefighter.....the longest I could go is every other day with out a shower. And of course by the middle of the other day, I'm feeling pretty gross!! Don't get me wrong....I shower every day. But if I had to go every other day...that's all I could handle!! He said a few of the guys who have managed to get poison oak, are skeptical of showering, because hot/warm water burns the affected areas. Poor guys. This all makes sense why hubby wants a shower when he gets home, pretty much before he does anything else. Praying for everyone's safety as things seem to be getting busier!!
