Not your usual post

This is totally off subject of being a fireman's wife, but today these thoughts have been on my mind and I feel the need to share. Some things totally gross me out, not like phobias, but like gagging gross things. When I go to the beach with my friends or shopping with my mom, it is only normal to go to the bathroom at least twice. I vouge to never touch a public toilet flush handle with my hands. I only use one of my two feet to gently push down the flusher. I love those automatic flushing toilets, where you just walk away :)

I hate the smells in bathrooms, and I mean everything from you know what to icky floor mop water.

I can't stand people who sneeze or cough in public places and don't cover their nose or mouth. I understand why you are now told to not use your hands to cover your mouths/noses but use your sleeve or something. Please don't share it with me!!

Here's some more gross facts:

3 feet:The distance droplets can travel after a cough or a sneeze.

20 feet:The distance fecal bacteria can travel from the toilet after it's flushed.

7.2 billion: The number of germs in the average kitchen sponge.

25,000: The number of germs, per square inch, on an office telephone.

49: The number of germs, per square inch, on a toilet seat.
