Feeling selfish but should be grateful

So my husband and his crew have been gone in Utah/Idaho for 20 days.  They got home late Wednesday afternoon with 2 days of mandatory R&R.  Today is his normal day off, but they'd be available if ordered.  Well he got word on Wednesday afternoon that they had to work OT at the station today.  While I should be jumping for joy because of OT, I'm feeling blue and missing him.  I know if he were gone on a fire, he wouldn't be home with us, but I know he's just at the station and wish he were home with us. I guess I am selfish in wanting him home with us.  This isn't my first time at this, so I should know better than to be hopeful of a day off, during FS.  However, our son and I wish Daddy was home to relax with us today.  How do  you handle things like this??

Stay busy! Develop Hobbies! Continue talking to WFFWs
Visit extended family n go places right towards the 1st week gone if possible. ( It helps the time go by faster)
Do a play group for children younger if possible. Exercise
Drink herbal tea that helps you sleep. Pamper yourself when u can whatever it is : bubble bath, girls nite dinner or movie , pedicure , haircut, or manicure . Maybe a massage to relieve stress. Leave the rest to God n pray continually!!!
Oh n don't focus on negative stuff like the news media!
It can make it harder. :). Blessings , LaNona
