Last year, when hubby made it home for R&R; I pleaded with him to take me shopping. I needed some new clothes and a new bra (hate shopping for those). So he so lovingly got in my car and I drove us to the mall. We started at JCPenney and walked to the other end of the mall. I found a few bras I liked, but you know we just have to keep looking for those "deals". Well it has always been a habit to stop and window gaze at the dogs in the mall pet store. However, this gazing led us into the store, and next thing you know we were holding this little white boxer female puppy in our laps. After about 20 minutes of holding her and talking, we decided to go get a drink and check some books at the book store about boxers. We asked them to put her on hold until we came back. So we enjoyed a cold drink and a cinnabon (well hubby ate it, I just wished I could). We strolled into the book store and read a few books about boxers. We wanted to make sure they were going to be fit for our family life, also about their behaviors and such. One hour later we walked back into the pet store to hold her again. By now, I'm feeling a little maternal feeling while holding this baby puppy. My husband is nearly drooling over her and we talked about some other things. Thirty minutes later we gave her to the pet shop worker and said "We'll take her!" I was so excited and everyone in the store was jealous cause she was so cute!! We signed the papers, got all the goodies to go home and left the mall. While driving home we decided to name her Liberty, because the next day was July 4th. I told my mother-in-law that this was the BEST BRA I'D EVER BOUGHT. I have to agree that 1 year later, she has adapted to our family well, She has 2 brothers, a dalmation & a brown lab. She is very spoiled and we feel so blessed to have her in our family. This kind of bra shopping was expensive but was well worth it!!
