Happy Mother's Day to all of you moms. I hope that you feel appreciated and know that we have the greatest job in the world. As a fireman's wife, we also have a hard job, especially as Mothers. Most of the summer, we raise our children as a single parent, while our husbands work hard to protect our homes and land. So I hope you have a very special day!
Today is the 1st day for my husband's crew. So for our house, it is officially fire season. I have dreaded this day for a while now, since we've enjoyed such a nice winter full of fun and also some relaxation.
I will be checking and/or posting every other day now. I told you that I'd get back to things as soon as he went back to work.
