Do ya like salsa?


Do ya like salsa? Do ya like HOT salsa? Try this......

I made it for my husband's crew and the only thing that didn't get consumed was the bowl. Word of warning, this is only for the brave. And for those who are very brave add mucho (lots) of jalapenos & jabanero sauce!!! Enjoy....



1 15oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 11oz. can whole kernel corn, drained

1 avacado, chopped

2 medium tomatoes, chopped OR 1 15oz. can of chopped tomatoes

1/4 c. red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/3 c. fresh cilantro, finely chopped

1/4 c. fresh lime juice (about 2 times squeezed)

minced jalapeno pepper, chopped (ADD TO YOUR DESIRE)

**seeds dropped in make it HOTTER!**

jabanero sauce (ADD TO YOUR DESIRE)


Directions

Combine all ingredients except avacado. Cover and chill at least 2 hours (overnight makes it spicier). Add avacado before serving. Serve with chips.
