Text Messages / Voicemails

I'm sure I'm not the only WFFW who feels this way.  But when my hubby is away on a fire assignment and he sends me texts, even simple like "I Love You", I save them.  They mean so much to me!!!  I enjoy sending him pics of me and the kids and text messages, too.  I wonder if it makes him feel closer to us, like his make me feel closer to him??  I also save all the FIFI pictures of the two little (boy & girl) firefighters he carries that belong to our kids.  The baby is too young to understand yet, but the pictures will tell her (when she's older) how much Daddy thought of her & brother when he was gone. 

Saying "I Love You" on the phone is special, but text messages can be kept and read all the time!!
